Comments

- Ongoing pest issue (mice) in store; activity has decreased significantly. No activity seen in deli area aside from under the eyewash/handwash station.
- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in several spray bottles and from dispensing units at 3-compartment sinks
- 3-compartment sinks were satisfactory
- All coolers were at or below 4C (display coolers, island coolers, walk-in cooler, undercounter coolers)
- Freezer units were below -18C
- Hot holding units for hot food and for rotisserie chicken were both above 60C; Hot holding of soup was above 60C
- Thermometers available for monitoring temperatures, temperature logs well maintained
- Food storage practices good
- General sanitation satisfactory. *Minor cleaning required in some drawers of deli section.
