Follow-up health inspection to report MBEK-CLHSV8. Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle tested at approximately 200 ppm chlorine (test strip began to slightly "bleach out"). Bleach water partially diluted. It is recommended to obtain appropriate test strips to verify correct concentration. Areas noted under violation 304 and 305 of the last report have been cleaned/sanitized. Equipment not required for business use removed and items are generally stored off the floor. Pest control technician contacted for re-service, however, technician unable to arrive on scheduled date due to weather, as stated by management. Technician to re-service premises as soon as possible. Areas identified as potential pest entry points during the last inspection have been sealed. Note: If new potential entry points are identified (for example, behind equipment) ensure these areas are properly sealed to prevent pest entry. Follow pest control technician recommendations. Reminder to continue to store open food in pest-proof containers with lids. Keep stored single use equipment/utensils in sealed packaging or closed containers. Ensure surfaces are sanitized before cafe opens, and throughout the day.
