- Kitchen cupboards
- Dry storage room floor and shelves
Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings and sanitize the area. Inspect all kitchen and storage areas regularly and clean up droppings if observed. Remove any food debris and moisture. Seal up cracks, crevices, and holes in the facility. Ensure food prep surfaces are sanitized before using. Follow recommendations made by pest control company.

Comments

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Domestic coolers are < or = 4C
- Domestic freezers are < or = -18C
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing. Ensure manual dishwashing sign is being followed.
- Bleach is available for preparing sanitizer. Ensure 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available when kitchen is in use.
- Abell provides monthly pest control services. Report from December 2018 available. Ensure all reports are available on site for review.
- Premise is well lit
- Washroom is equipped with an adequate hand washing station
- Permit is posted
