Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): operator was attempting to reuse sushi rice from yesterday's batch, several 1kg bags were observed stored at room temperature on the shelves
Corrective Action(s): -discard the rice immediately, make a fresh batch of sushi rice each day as per the BCCDC "Sushi Safety Guideline" (hand delivered to operator)
