Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. Products in frozen state. General food storage practice is adequate. Food contact surfaces sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm chlorine. Observed cooking temperature at >74C. Salad stored in ambient temperature and used up in an hour. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71.6C at the plate level. Observed good personal hygiene from staffs.
