Observation: -Noticed some rust and loss of paint on the shelves in both dessert cooler and single door upright cooler.
-Observed build up of food debris on the door gasket of under counter refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace or resurface the cooler shelves to ensure the shelves are smooth and easy to clean (ASAP).
2. Replace the door seal/gasket on the under-counter refrigerator (ASAP).
