Observation: *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Rodent droppings observed in dishwashing and laundry/kitchen equipment storage areas. Areas have been shown to Balbir during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Notify professional pest control company to have areas assessed. Follow pest control company's instructions for cleaning, monitoring and reporting.

*Note* Exterior gas burners observed under a closed canopy. Staff stated this was for tea and veg pakoras, used ~3-4 times a year.

Temperatures:

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
QUATS sanitizer available from dispenser, measured 200ppm
High temperature dishwasher measured 78.5°C
2 compartment sinks equipped with hot/cold running water.
Sanitation of equipment / pots adequate
Overall sanitation of facility at time of inspection adequate.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Facility keeps limited food in all storage areas to prevnt overstocking
Food products randomly inspected found to be within best before date.

General:
Bulk foods sstored in pest proof containers / Storage with lids
Unopened flour and spices stored in cupboards
Metal door sweets installed on all outdoor doors
