Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm sanitizer detected after final rinse cycle of dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to always prime sanitizer line after switching to new supply of sanitizer, and test with test strips. 50ppm chlorine detected from dishwasher rinse cycle after staff primed the sanitizer line. This is a repeat violation. Future non-compliance may result in further enforcement actions.
