A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; hot holding was 60C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- [Cl2] in spray bottle was above 200ppm.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Sanitation level adequate, but improvement could be done in organization of the space to promote better cleaning.
- No signs of pests.
- All in order.
