Observation: Food and other debris observed throughout the premises, including but not limited to the following areas:
- Floors, especially under and behind large equipment and along walls.
- Large equipment, including exteriors and interiors of coolers and freezers (including along sliding door tracks).
- Countertops and sinks.
- Baking area.
- Rolling dry storage bins (exterior and interior).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above-noted areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Food and other debris is a potential pest attractant. Date to be corrected by: November 22, 2023.

Thermometers in place. Probe-type thermometer available on site.
Raw animal products (e.g. raw meat) not stored above ready-to-eat foods.
Hand washing stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Other sinks (including warewashing and prep) supplied with hot and cold running water.
Both high temperature dishwashers achieved a temperature of at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
Ice machine in clean condition. Scoop stored safely.
Food contact surface sanitizer (quaternary ammonium compounds or "quats") available from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
