-New low temperature dishwasher purchased. Measured 54 deg. C and 100 ppm chlorine at dish surface. Digital gauges have correct read out temperatures. Test strips on site. -new lids purchased for prep cooler (stainless steel) -Pest control invoice and service report reviewed. traps set and routine service to be conducted monthly. No evidence of pests at the time of inspection. -Sneezeguard (plexiglass) in place, up to approx 5 1/2 ft. -Baseboards secured to walls. Closure order rescinded. Premises may begin operation.
