Observation: * Some clutter and personal items were found in back vegetable prep room being stored with product on shelves (eg. food equipment to be sold to customers such as pots/pans) and not in sanitary condition. Operator told to reorganize all areas of storage shelves in this room and maintain.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all storage areas are maintained in sanitary condition at all times to reduce cross contamination issues.
