These areas were observed to have high activity during routine inspection. Continue to monitor and lay traps. NOTE: Traps are to be placed up against wall if knocked away during moping. Ensure staff know to relocate traps once moved as they will not trap any mice if moved away from wall. No droppings found during follow up inspection Continue to clean and sanitize all food prep areas prior to use. Continue to keep facility clean. All rodents require food, water and shelter.
