Comments

Conducted a walk through with Assistant Manager of all the areas identified in pest control's formal report from last joint inspection (Jan 23,2020). Many areas identified as requiring repair have been addressed/repaired including: √ Gaps between main garden door panels √ Hole in floor/wall join on either side of storage area door near the three receiving bay doors has been repaired √ Flashing installed blocking gap between wall and exterior near the above noted door √ Large rectangular hole in storage area wall has been blocked and sealed √ Gap under single receiving bay door no longer present √ Hole in wall near piping under sink in produce area All other areas in report still require correction. Store Manager, Phil, stated that a company has been hired to address all the gaps in exterior requiring concrete fill and anticipated repair within the next several days. Extension to correction order given until Feb 6, 2020 to repair remaining outstanding items in report.
