Operator has removed the scoops/bowls from the bins during the inspection.

Follow up inspection to SCHO-BYC2UJ:
- All food products are properly covered with saran wrap and lids
- No overstacking of products without lids observed during inspection
- No food being stored in the warming unit for dishes & utensils
- No open cans were noted being stored in the coolers during inspection
- Ice machine has been cleaned, no mold observed during inspection
- Walk in cooler and freezer is well organized and clean
- Door handle of the reach in cooler by the prep sink area has been repaired
- No food being stored directly on the floor, everything on shelving 6 in/15 cm above floor
- General sanitation of facility has improved since previous inspection
NOTE: Ensure a deep thorough cleaning schedule is implemented to reduce grease build up throughout the kitchen

Required Action:
- Provide an updated sanitation plan to the EHO for approval.
