Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice was noted in the rice cooker at 13.0C. Note: Rice was recently took out from the refrigerator less than an hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Operator took out the rice and microwave prior to putting back in the pre-heated rice cooker for warming.

Observation: 1. > 200 PPM chlorine residual noted in a chlorine sanitizer spray bottle.
2. Missing light shield on the fixture in the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Sanitizer spray bottle was emptied and refilled. 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected after the bottle was refilled. Reviewed the required concentration with operator to obtain 100 - 200 PPM chlorine residual.
2. As per the operator, they are changing the light fixture unit sometimes next week.

Observation: Handwash sink by the back food prep area was coming off from the wall.
Corrective Action(s): Re-do the caulking around the sink. Ensure the sink is installed flushed to the wall to allow for easy cleaning and sanitation.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Sanitizer container with in-use wiping cloths were noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 185.0F at the gauge and 71.7C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. 68.5C
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation acceptable.
Operator still has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate.

Note: The dishwasher door was noted with an issue. Sometimes when the dishwasher is running, the door comes loose and the wash cycle would paused until the door is pushed back into the machine - please look into fixing the door.
