Observation: Dishwasher reached 60c for rinse cycle at dish level.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher must reach at least 71c at dish level for rinse cycle. Repair immediately. Do not use the dishwasher for any warewashing until given approval from Health officer.

Operator to inform Environmental Health Officer as soon as the dishwasher is fixed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwashing stations in kitchen area found missing liquid soap and papertowels.
Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced liquid soap and papertowels at both handwashing stations.

Observation: Employees in kitchen observed not to wash hands between tasks.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all employees wash their hands at handwashing stations in kitchens.

Observation: Facility name has been changed without notification to the health department.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has informed there has been no change of ownership. An application for health approval was provided to operator doing this inspection.

Operator must complete form and submit to Environmental Health Officer by Thursday April 26/18.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: Back area of kitchen facility requires reorganization, cleaning and sanitizing throughout all areas. Remove all equipment/containers/items that are not needed for operation. This can lead to the contamination of food items/equipment and the harbourage of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items that are not of use for operation. Remove all old equipment/storage containers that are not needed. Reorganize all food ingredients and clean any area that is being used for food preparation.
