- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Daily temperature logs available on-site. Ensure to include temperature readings for ALL coolers (pizza prep line, walk in, dessert, beverage), freezers (upright), and hotholding (pizza warmer) units. Keep copies of the temperature logs on site. This will be verified during the next routine inspection.
