Observation: Glasswasher measured at 0ppm iodine.
Correction: Temporarily wash and sanitize glassware in the low-temperature dishwasher in the kitchen area until glasswasher have been service to measure 12.5ppm-25ppm iodine. Corrected by: July 29, 2021

All infractions in report#JCHY-C5AU4T have been corrected.
-Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
-Prep cooler at the expo line measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Condiments prep cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. Condiments on prep cooler all time-dated for 2 hours. Sliced red onions and roasted mushroom measured at 9C and 6C internal temperature. Both dated for 2 hours after which will be discarded. All condiments will be discarded after 2 hours have passed as indicated on the time-dated sticker.

-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
