Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer stored in bucket was measured with a concentration of 50 ppm. 200-400 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the solution and refill the bucket with 200 ppm Quaternary ammonium sanitizer from the dispenser. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site.
