A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Sage cooler was 3C; freezer was -4C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - Sage dishwasher was running and the sanitizing cycle was engaged. - Maritime cooler was 4C; freezer was -15C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - Maritime dishwasher was not running at time of inspection. - Handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Accel Wipes used on high touch areas. - COVID-19 plan in place, the measures are: masks & gloves worn; increased cleaning frequency of high touch areas with Accel wipes; health questionnaire and temperatures taken before and during each shift; staff work in the cottage/building; and social distancing done when possible. - Discussed inspection report results with the manager, no signature obtained due to pandemic.
