- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - facility not in service at time of inspection: service is only Wednesday evening and Thursday mornings - bleach available - use 1tbsp for 4L of water - food is only purchased for use that day - fridge/freezer: 3C/-16C - discussed updated food safety plan with operator: if there are any further additions to the menu, the menu will have to be re-evaluated and some items may need to be removed - copy of FSP is available on-site for reference - no major signs of pest infestation - keep monitoring and contact professional pest control if issue arises - for any future expansions - ensure to submit floor plans to Fraser Health for review Report not signed due to COVID-19 protocols.
