- General sanitation is good. - Handwashing station in the processing room supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. - Three 3-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration. - No signs of pest activity. Monthly pest control inspections done through third party pest control company. The sticky tapes in the receiving area are soiled with flies. Recommend replacing them with new ones. Temperature control: - All coolers at < or = 4C - All freezers at < or = -18C - Shared walk in freezer (upstairs) = -18C - Daily temperature log is not kept up to date. Please ensure that daily temperature is kept up to date for all coolers/freezers. * Report not signed due to COVID-19. Report printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
