-Follow-up inspection to February 10, 2020. -Facility has obtained Quats sanitizer from the supplier. Both the dispenser and spray bottles were tested at 200ppm to 400ppm. Ensure a sufficient supply of sanitizing chemicals in maintained in the facility at all times. -Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled. Once labels fade or fall off, ensure bottles are relabelled to identify their contents. -General cleaning of facility has been carried out. Areas affected with rodent droppings has been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact your professional pest control operator as needed. -Meat cutting area handwash station needs to be serviced - drain currently drains very slowly. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
