- All handsinks in back and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers- upright storage coolers, prep cooler and upright cooler at front are maintained at less than 4C
- Freezers are measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for rice is measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface during final cycle
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FoodSafe level 1 equivalent training is verified.
