Observed a bowl of batter infront of hand sink - however, no frying at time of inspection. Operator stated that staff are currently cleaning the cook area and this item was re-located temporarily. This is your last warning. Further observations of food items stored front of hand sink and/or under dispensers will result in a violation ticket.

Note - area was clear under dispensers at time of inspection, thank you.
Cleaning has improved - continue to address problem areas on a routine basis to prevent buildup.
All bulk bins except one now have scoops. Bowl removed at time of inspection. Please replace with a scoop
dishwasher log has yet to be started - please have this ready and available for inspection on next routine inspection.
