Paper based inspection Report #255020:

*Kitchen now closed and under construction - new building.
Tentative project completion date: 22 months from now.
*Dining area (a multipurpose room) located by the main entrance.
This area is cleaned and disinfected prior to using as dining area - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
*All food catered by Klassic Catering. Caterer responsible for transporting and serving food to clients.
*All dishes are taken away by the caterer to be washed at their commissary kitchen.
*Snacks also provided by the caterers.
*Game room converted to food service area - where food (snacks) are served and stored
*Upright cooler registered @ 3 deg C ambient temp.
*Upright freezer registered @ -18 deg C.
*Snacks (cookies) covered and protected. Whole fruits kept on counter.
Keep only non-potentially hazardous foods at room temp.
**Provide a temp log for the cooler and freezer and check/record daily.
*Coffee station area - provide hand sanitizer and keep milk on ice or keep only for wh en snack ti me at limited time (<2 hours).
Overall, general sanitation was satisfactory.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
