Code 302 noted on Follow-Up inspection # BWOI-CTQRVF of Jul-14-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Soap dispensing mechanism on the dishwasher observed to not be working as air bubbles observed in the tubing. Correction: Contact technician to service the dishwasher. Continue to warewash using the 3 compartment sink method.

Dishwasher has been repaired. Soap observed being dispensed into the wash cycle **Plumber arrived on site at time of inspection to repair the plumbing at the 3 compartment sink so that Quat can be dispensed at 75F Bottom portion of hot holding unit cleaned
