Violation Score: 15

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Many items (boxes, equipment, etc) are still being stored in the storage room upstairs. There does not seem to be any improvement from the previous inspection. The floors are not visible due to the amount of clutter.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items not required for business. Any items to be kept must be stored off the floor to allow cleaning to be done easily. Excessive clutter allows the harbourage of rats and other pests. Correct as soon as possible.
Violation Score: 9
