Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Imitation crab meat for California rolls observed thawing at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all frozen foods are thawed in an acceptable manner. Thaw imitation crab meat in the cooler or under cold running water.

Observation: "Frontier" cooler ambient air temperature ~ 7 degrees C. Cooler is used to store vegetables and for some overflow of raw potentially hazardous foods. Packages of frozen prawns observed thawing on bottom shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Packages of frozen prawns relocated to Coca Cola cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Adjust temperature setting and ensure "Frontier" cooler is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less at all times. Service if required. Correct immediately.
