On Follow-Up: Cooler temperatures are being recorded. Record hot holding temperatures as well. Mice droppings have been cleaned up. Continue monitoring for mice. Cleaning issues have been addressed. Receipt provided for seafood vendor. To be followed up further by EHO. The hand sink tap still has a slight drip, however, the hot water tap is turned on. Action Items Caulking along the 3-compartment sink has cuts in it that is causing water to drip right through. Replace the caulking by August 16th. *report reviewed, not signed*
