At the inspection dated October 6, 2021, there was 11 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
Submission of the fenced outdoor play site plan, including measurements.
Discussed in situations where staff are unable to social distance that masks should be worn as per Public Health Guidance.
