Walk-in coolers measured below 4 degrees C (required: at or below 4C). Adjoining preparation room under refrigeration measured below 10C (required: at or below 10C).
Display coolers of seafood measured below 4C.
Ensure all coolers are equipped with accurate thermometers.

Two compartment sink available for dishwashing was equipped with hot and cold water and drain plugs. QUATs dispenser achieved 200ppm with test strips.
Three QUATs surface sanitizer bottles achieved 200ppm with test strips.

Handsink was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Staff exhibit proper hygiene: clean aprons and hair nets worn.

Storage of food in coolers observed off the ground and protected from contamination.
Ice machine used for display only and not human consumption was well maintained, clean.
No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
