Licensing received a complaint on October 25, 2023 regarding Care & Supervision.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Licensing gathered and reviewed facility records.

Licensing confirmed that staff failed to follow the person in care’s care plan when they failed to assist her within a reasonable amount of time.

A contravention to section 82 of the Residential Care Regulation (Implementation of Care Plan) was determined.
