Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two hand washing stations are not supplied with liquid soap in the dispenser. Liquid soap is available in a large stock bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Place liquid soap at all designated hand washing stations to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency to remove potential contamination before food handling.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Hot-holding units at or above 60'C. Staff stated that foods are kept in the warmer for less than 2 hours. New large batches of food are cooked every 2 hours.
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
*Reminder: ensure to verify sanitizer final rinse temperature at least daily (or as per approved sanitation plan) to adequately wash and sanitize dishes
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Bleach sanitizer in labelled pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Ventilation canopy is observed in good sanitary condition
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Staff stated that deep cleaning is conducted every Friday
- All food observed covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pest activity
- Professional pest control company is contracted to complete biweekly inspections
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site (EXP: Feb 2024)
