Follow-up inspection to the initial conducted on July 3, 2020. (RPT#:248495). As discussed, rubber seal around the walk-in cooler has been re-installed. Health approval granted to operate. This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agency. As discussed, please update sanitation plan for proposal for bulk food dispensing, including regular maintenance.
