In-use wiping cloths stored in bleach sanitizer (200ppm chlorine)
Fly traps in use around double compartment sink. No signs of flies at time of inspection.
Cloth towel not in use in the naan insert at the hot holding unit.


Wooden shelves have not been replaced yet. Replace the damaged shelves by December 7, 2018
