Routine inspection: no changes in operation. Production of rations and prepackaged water for emergency kits.

Dry ingredients stored in warehouse in totes with lids. All food products stored off the floor. Storage area clean and organized.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
Kitchen for making rations and packaging water is clean and organized.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for washing utensils and equipment. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Ration forming machine disassembled then clean and sanitized at the end of the day.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle. Reminder to make a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution dilute 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water/ 5 mls of bleach to 1 litre of water.
Ration ingredients are weighed, mixed, baked, cooled, then packaged.
Water is ozonoated prior to filling into packages.
Both products are given 5 years expiry dates.
