Routine inspection Coolers measured at or below 40F. Walk-in cooler floor noted clean and maintained. Chest freezer with packaged ice cream measured at -21C. Ice maker noted clean and maintained. Ice scoops stored in a separate container out of ice bin. Sanitizer available in spray bottles. General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Lighting in walk in cooler observed adequate. No issue noted at this time.
