Routine check of Chevron Town Pantry (food store).
Temperatures satisfactory. Large walk in <40F. Self serve cooler <40F. Creamer stored in insulated container and in small cooler.
Freezers satisfactory.
Hand washing station for staff has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Sanitizer in spray bottle - If using on food contact surfaces, provide test strips. *** Accurately label all chemical bottles to show contents.
Sanitizing of the iced beverage machine - staff advise quats sanitizer at 200ppm is used. ***Verify and include procedures in your sanitation plan. Provide information to Fraser Health.
General cleaning and organization - good.
Pest control monitoring in place. No obvious signs of pests.
Inspection carried out with staff on site today.
