Routine inspection conducted today: All handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. Freezer unit was at -18C. All food stored protected and off the floor. 200 PPM QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle and a sanitizer container. Operator has access to QUAT test strips. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink. Can opener noted in clean condition. General cleanliness satisfactory. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate verified - expires June 7, 2026. Reminder that single-use gloves are one-time use. Please remind staff to discard all used gloves immediately as soon as they take it off.
