Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-C4UPVX -Repaired prep cooler noted 4 C -Replaced all burned out light bulbs in cooler, freezer and above cooking line -Improved cleaning - commercial vent hood and under / behind cooking line equipment -Hand sink next to standing cooler temperature adjusted to 33 C form 52 C - excellent Required action: ***Install back screen door - screen to be measured today. New screen door expected in place and in use by next inspection.
