Follow-up inspection conducted
Stand-up meat cooler and undercounter prep-cooler have been repaired. Both unit were not in use at the time of inspection. Ambient air temperature inside the meat cooler was at 1C and lower compartment of the prep-cooler was at -2C. Thermometer available inside both units.
Ensure to monitor temperature of all cooler units daily. Foods are not to be store inside cooler units that are incapable of maintaining foods less than equal to 4C.
Cleaning underneath the wok station still needs to be done.
