Follow-up inspection conducted due to several outstanding violations. Refer to report ATHI-CEHSSP for further details -Walk-in cooler organization and storage practices has greatly improved. Ensure this is kept up to a high standard -Dry storage area is clean and organized -No signs of pest activity. Area has been cleaned up and operator is in the process of covering cracks and crevices -Back screen door requires further repair due to gaps. This will be assessed at the upcoming routine inspection -Hand wash stations are not obstructed and adequate for employee use Note:Email pest reports to inspector
