Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use. General sanitation is satisfactory. Sliding glass door cooler at 3-4 degrees C. Single door cooler at 4 degrees C. Ice cream freezer at -21 degrees C. Both chest freezers at or below -18 degrees C. No holding at time of inspection. Probe thermometer available for use. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
