Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CBETHT: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottles and container. Food products in under the counter sections of the preparation coolers adequately covered. Cleaning complete. Reminder to focus cleaning efforts underneath and behind equipment, As per operator, kitchen designated hand sink to be installed by the end of the week. Additional hand sink in kitchen provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
