- Handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water.
- Pizza cooler (4C) grab and go coolers (1C) and walk in cooler (2C), walk-in freezer (-10 Degrees Celsius)
- Soup hot holding measured 74C and pasta sauce hot holding measured 78C. Pizza is held <60C however time out of oven is recorded and product is discarded after 1 hour.
- 3 compartment sink available with working sink plugs. operator able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures
- high temperature dishwasher measured 73.1C at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm, QUATs in buckets
- No evidence of pests, general sanitation satisfactory, FOODSAFE level 1 staff on site.
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location, ice machine (upstairs) well maintained.
