No concerns noted with the food processing procedures. No concerns noted with sanitation. Pest control is provided. Recommend keeping the lid of the disposal bin next to the loading dock close during the entire shift. Handwashing stations into the production area, on the production floor and in the washrooms are satisfactory. X-ray machine was not in operation at the time of the inspection (room for housing the unit was being broken down for cleaning). X-ray record log was examined.
