100ppm bleach sanitizer available for use.
Dishwasher registers 79 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Both domestic coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer sections at -18 degrees C.
Storage area freezers at or below -18 degrees C except the freezer #3 (Beaumark) which is at -12 degrees C. Monitor and adjust temperature setting.
Dry storage room clean and organized.
