Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed inserts of chopped onions and tomatoes stored outside. Internal temperature measured at 20C. These were prepared and stored outside for more than 2 hours. Products discarded at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surfaces sanitizer had too much chlorine and resulted in bleaching out a test paper. Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine was prepared at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezer measured at -18C or less.
Kitchen hood cleaning due April 5, 2022.
One old looking dead cockroach was found on the hall way. No other recent pest activity noted at this time. Operator conducts their own pest control (sticky traps).
